    In many situations having a one day strategy day is all you need to help you climb the next step towards entrepreneurial success. However there are times when ongoing support may be required for a period of time. Sean offers a limited number of clients the opportunity to join his mentoring program. This would involve a monthly online meeting to ensure that any strategy is being implemented and offers regular access to ongoing support. Mentoring is only available to people who have already had a consultancy day.

Our Services
We provide consultancy on all aspects of running your hairdressing business. Specific areas that most entrepreneurs want help in include:
Pricing
  • Consultancy Sessions - £2500* + vat
    A consultancy session consists of a one day session with Sean
    This will include a 30 minute virtual preparation meeting in advance of the consultation session. This is to help you prepare fully in order to get the maximum benefit from your session.
    You will also receive follow up notes giving you a summary of the day together with any agreed action plans.
    These sessions are for owners / directors only.
    *Travel and accommodation will be charged separately if needed.
  • Mentoring - £750 per month + vat
    A mentoring program is available to owners / directors who have completed at least a one day consultancy session. This will involve working towards an agreed strategy and will involve a one hour virtual meeting once a month.
    (Mentoring spaces are limited so only offered subject to availability)
  • Life Time Cashflow - £1500 +vat
    Have you got enough money to retire in the manner in which you wish to become accustomed? We can produce a personal Life Time Cashflow which will help you establish just how much you will need and how this will be funded. You may decide to work forever - but this is very unlikely. How will your financial landscape look once you stop working?
    This will involve two virtual meetings to prepare everything you will need. We will then prepare the cashflow and present it in a follow up virtual meeting.
  • Advice Meeting- £1000 +vat
    You may not need a full strategy day, but would like a meeting to brainstorm an idea or an issue and just need advice for a specific set of problems. This could be to discuss issues like business structure, franchise structure, business acquisitions, liquidations or any number of business challenges that entrepreneurs may need help with.
    This would typically be a 2 - 3 hour meeting. This would involve an initial zoom call to help you prepare for your meeting.
